Certain medications, medical treatments, and health conditions can affect how products will react with your hair. In addition, certain products can interfere with some treatments and medications. For example, if you are an avid swimmer, chlorine and saltwater affects how your hair will respond to color or heat.

If you have your hair cut, color and style done by Sandi, a Hair Consultation service is complimentary. During the consultation, you will be provided with valuable information about the type and style of your hair and how to best care for it and maintain the style. If you are uncertain of the hairstyle or hair color that’s best for you, schedule a New Image Hair Consultation. The fee is $40 and can be applied towards the purchase of any of my exclusive hair products.

A Hair Consultation is conducted before I do anything with your hair. It helps me decide the best way to cut, style, and color your hair in order to achieve perfect results. This is included in the cost of your service. 

A Blow Dry Boot Camp is when you come in with all the products you use to style and clean your hair. We go through your regular routine and I provide advice on better ways to care for and style your hair. I will teach you how to style your hair and keep it healthy and strong. If there are better products, I provide (up to $80) them and teach you how to use them. The cost of this consultation includes sizable discounts on styling and care products.

If you have to cancel your appointment, 24-hours notice is required. Should you cancel less than 24-hours before your scheduled appointment or miss your appointment altogether, there is a $30 rescheduling fee.
